where to download com_migrator

I wanted to update some sites from Joomla 1.x to 1.5.x, so i looked for the official migrator, i did not want to use any 3rd party extension for this important task. I really spent a lot lot of time looking for it in the extension-directory.... but the official migrator is not in the extension-directory . It can be downloaded here.
